28 Dec 08Welcome to my creativity corner. My friend Chris, who is an artist has been bugging me to start a blog. Actually, she is my inspiration. She is a multi-media artist and does all sorts of art work, but she did a really cool, super huge painting of a French scene for our Harvest Fest table at church. That painting of hers inspired me to try painting myself, and voila! You're looking at my first attempt. Yes, I said my friend Chris was an artist, not me!! I know it looks like a 10 year old did it, but it was a heck of a lot of fun. The thing is, I've done several paintings now, and now I'm hooked. So, here they are being posted on my blog. Believe me, I'm just having fun, and I don't know what I'm doing yet, but I'm hoping that some improvement will happen over time. Thanks Chris for inspiring me!
